REFUND POLICY:
Returns Accepted from any Purchaser wishing to Return Un-Opened Wines Purchased on www.shoptrywine.com but any associated Original Delivery or Return Shipping Charges/Fees can not be Refunded.
Exclusions: because of the Consumable and NON Re-Usable and Re-Sell-able Nature of the Product once it is Opened, or once it leaves our Controlled Conditions and has been in the Purchasers Possession for more than 3 Days, we reserve the right to Maintain and or Apply a No Refunds, No Returns Policy on all Purchases, unless the Wine is Corked or Exhibits Spoilage within the first 90 Days. We will always consider any and all remedies or solutions on a case by case basis for anyone wishing to Return Wines Purchased from www.shoptrywine.com, just contact us by calling 727-898-9463 or in person at TRY WINE, 1 Beach Drive SE #101, St. Petersburg, FL.
Shipping Policy
Ownership and Title of Wine(s) Purchased | Legal Disclaimer
Ownership of and Title to all Wine(s) Purchased from TRY WINE INC via www.shoptrywine.com passes from TRY WINE INC to the Purchaser in the State of Florida at the time of the Sale and the Purchaser takes all responsibility for the import and transit of the Wine Shipment(s) from Florida to his/her respective Delivery State. On transfer of Ownership from our Inventory in Florida to Purchaser, Purchaser can engage TRY WINE INC to arrange for shipping/transportation of the Wine(s), and thus TRY WINE INC is now providing a separate service to, and acting on behalf of the Purchaser. By engaging TRY WINE INC for this service the Purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and Delivery/Receipt of Wine into their State. By placing an order with TRY WINE INC the Purchaser Authorizes TRY WINE INC to act on his/her behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the Wine(s) Purchased. The Purchaser Represents that he/she has obtained all required permissions, paid all required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries, is legally entitled to take possession of wine, is legally entitled to take quantities ordered, and authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. TRY WINE INC makes no Representation to the Legal Rights of anyone to Ship or Import Alcoholic Beverages into any State outside of Florida.
Age Requirement
The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.
An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. Returned Shipments due to Shippers inability to Deliver Wine with the Required Adult Signature, will incur a separate Shipping Charge to Re-Ship. We will not Re-Ship until we can collect this Additional Charge. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Orders for Pick-up at TRY WINE will be ready in 60 Minutes or less from On-Line Order Processing. Original Purchaser over 21 Years of Age with Valid ID must be Present for Store Pick-up. All other orders for In-Stock Wine(s) will be confirmed via e-mail and generally be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order or if any of your Wine(s) is/are in an Out-of-Stock Condition. You will be promptly notified by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping. During times of bad weather, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid spoilage. We reserve the right to hold Wine(s) during Extreme Weather Conditions.
Restricted States
Please note that some States have Laws governing the shipment of Alcohol that prohibit Purchasers from Shipping Alcohol to Addresses in those States. For further information about Shipments to these States, see "Ownership and Title of Wine(s) Purchased | Legal Disclaimer" above. Please be Clear about your States Legal Limitations Prior to Shipping Alcohol to your State. Additionally we reserve the right to decline to ship to certain States in certain instances.
Billing Information
Orders placed on this website become Final when your In-Stock Order is Processed. Your credit card may not be charged automatically for Out-of-Stock or Special Order Wine(s) until Availability is Confirmed. A charge is put on your credit card on Order for In-Stock Wine(s) or on Availability Confirmation for Out-of-Stock or Special Order Wine(s). Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping charges or Sales Tax, which may vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.
